Stellar Events That Helped Make 2023 Truly Unforgettable!

Every event has been a stepping stone to success, from competitive fun at the Q1 Charity Race Night and Charity Golf Day to insightful Staff Briefings that strengthened bonds within the company.

One of the main events we celebrate each year is our birthday. We turned five in September, and to mark the occasion, we reflected on our journey and excitement for the future in our morning briefing. Our Annual Stellar Sports Day followed, inspired by our evening 80s & 90s party. We had gladiators, sumo suits, hungry hippos and classic activities like egg and spoon, sack race and space hoppers. The entire occasion, from day until night, is always a huge success enjoyed by everyone involved.

Shortly after, we hosted our Annual Stellar Charity Ball, where we managed to raise a fantastic £8000 on the night for our 2023 Charity Partners Big Hearts Community Trust. With the help of the Stellar Omada community: colleagues, friends, family and business partners, we have raised over £30k this year! 

One of our most recent events was our 2023 Stellar Omada & Heart of Midlothian partnership event at Tynecastle Stadium.  We took our guests on a highly memorable ‘stadium tour with a difference’ where they met Hearts players, were treated to excellent presentations and gained a glimmer of insight into some of our exciting future projects.

CEO Colin Frame stood pitchside and spoke about the shared values and four pillars of our special relationship with Hearts. Lyssa and Ainsley then walked through the ‘Fans of the Future’ programme and the recent launch of Stellar Elevate. This was followed by an excellent presentation from the VEGA racing team, who delivered an incredible live demonstration that impressed everyone.  The evening finished with Stellar CEO Colin Frame and Hearts CEO Andrew McKinlay hosting a Q&A session, followed by an announcement of the selfie competition winner  – Ross Christie from Computershare, who is raffling off his prize at an upcoming community fundraiser. 

Special thanks to everyone who attended, bringing their energy and enthusiasm to each occasion. Your presence made every event extraordinary! Huge thanks to our dedicated events team for their hard work and creativity in organising these memorable experiences.
