Our Change & Transformation Practice celebrates a Stellar 2023!


2023 has been a pivotal year for the Change & Transformation Practice, with challenges and successes in equal measure. As a practice, we have grown in size and aptitude, diversifying our engagements across many clients, each with change and transformation agendas and objectives.

Supporting our clients across the entire change lifecycle

Our team can confidently engage and support our clients across the entire change lifecycle from requirements and analysis, architecture design, human-centric experiences, data-driven visualisations, readiness and the wider project/programme delivery methods to ensure we drive control across the change activity.

Q1 was a challenging start to the year, with a significant client terminating a contract. Whilst this was a challenging time, we continued to support the client in many aspects of the project ramp-down and closure. We advised on resource rolloff activities, communication and HR support needed to ensure a smooth transition for the organisation.

This led to Stellar Omada focusing on diversifying our client portfolio, which resulted in us extending our reach throughout the year across the Financial Services industry, working with multiple new clients and new work programmes. These include digital transformations, cloud migrations, telephony and operations optimisation and account opening/transfer improvement.

Practising what we preach with continuous improvement

As well as our client engagements, we also focused on further development of the Stellar Change & Transformation Practice to ensure we are well-positioned to capitalise on the many exciting opportunities we have lined up for 2024 and beyond.

In 2024, we have planned our first Change & Transformation away day, bringing the team together with a focus on empowering our potential – communicating our company ambitions and empowering our people to support and achieve our outcomes. We will continue to support our existing client base and aim to engage new clients in different sectors to extend our company reach and enhance our knowledge, insights and skills across the change management spectrum and industries.
